Every company runs on repeating operations
When an employee needs to travel, something happens: they ask someone, that someone authorizes it, a travel agency is contacted, a quote comes back, a manager approves the cost, tickets are issued. At every step, someone waits for someone else. Documents are exchanged. Decisions are made — and sometimes reversed.
That sequence of steps — from the first request to the final outcome — is a business process. Your company runs dozens of them, every day, across every department:
- An employee requests sick leave → HR notified → manager informed → records updated
- A purchase needs approval → amounts above a threshold require a director’s sign-off
- A new client is onboarded → contracts, credentials, system access, introductions
- A supplier delivers goods → receipt confirmation, invoice matching, payment release
None of these are rare or exotic. They are the backbone of how organizations operate.
Most of them live in people’s heads
In most companies, these processes are managed informally. The “procedure” is a set of shared assumptions: everyone knows that large purchases need director approval, that HR should be copied, that the agency prefers PDF attachments. This knowledge is passed verbally, embedded in email conventions, stored in no document.
It works — until someone goes on holiday. Until a new employee joins and nobody explains the rules. Until the person who “just knew” leaves the company. Until a regulator asks you to prove that a procedure was followed.
Informal processes are invisible. Invisible processes cannot be measured. Processes that cannot be measured cannot be improved.
Introducing Véloce Workflow
Véloce Workflow is a cloud workflow engine that turns your company’s operations into structured, automated, fully audited business processes — without changing how your team communicates.
Your employees submit requests the way they already do: by email, by chat, by WhatsApp, or through any interface your team prefers. Véloce handles the routing, the approvals, the notifications, and the records. Your team handles the business.
Talk to it in plain language
The most natural way to interact with Véloce Workflow is to simply write what you need.
“I need to travel to Berlin from June 10 to June 14 for the partner summit.”
Véloce reads this, identifies it as a travel request, extracts the dates, destination, and purpose, creates the process record, notifies the travel agency, and confirms back to you — all in one exchange. No form to fill in. No menu to navigate.
The same works by email. Your employee writes to a company inbox. Véloce reads the message, routes it, and keeps the process moving.
Connect it to anything
Véloce Workflow is built API-first. Every operation your company defines is accessible as an authenticated REST endpoint. This means you can:
- Build a mobile application — employees submit requests from their phone; approvals arrive as push notifications
- Connect a Slack or Mattermost bot — messages in a channel are forwarded to Véloce; responses are posted back
- Integrate your ERP or CRM — when a record changes in your existing system, it signals the corresponding Véloce process automatically
- Build a custom internal portal — purpose-built for a specific team, using exactly the UI they need, powered by the Véloce API
The platform imposes no constraints on what sits in front of the API, as long as it authenticates correctly.
Your own dedicated, secure cloud
Your company runs in a dedicated cloud environment — separate containers, separate database, separate network. Your data is never shared with another company. There is no shared-tenant architecture; isolation is enforced by design, not by configuration.
All process records are stored in a PostgreSQL database with a documented schema. You can connect to it directly, run your own queries, export data, or integrate with your business intelligence tools. If you ever decide to leave Véloce, you take your data with you.
Every action is logged
When a request is submitted, Véloce records it. When a manager approves it, Véloce records that. When something stalls, you know exactly where and for how long.
Every action — creation, signal, approval, override, cancellation — is written to an append-only audit log with the timestamp, the user identity, the operation, the inputs, and the result. When a regulator asks whether a procedure was followed, the answer is a query, not a conversation.
Intelligent operational reports
Every month — or on demand — Véloce generates a plain-language analysis of how your operations are performing: duration statistics, blocking points, anomaly detection, cancellation patterns. Delivered as a concise written summary, not a dashboard full of numbers.
You can request a report at any time from the chat interface: “Generate a process report for this month.”
